1. Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your Order Cancellation Rights You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. Cancelations relating to events must however, be effected a mimimum of 24 hours prior to the event. Conditions for Returns For the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address provided by us upon initiation of the return. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

2. Delivery Policy

General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location Items offered on our website are currently only available for delivery to addresses within South Africa. Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.

Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
